Part Twelve; LA, The Future?
So overall, life is good here. One of these days, we'll figure out where we will be next, but for now we are enjoying being in clear air, quiet surroundings and as much beauty as this ecosystem can furnish. I realize that my heart aches for big trees and verdant expanses of forests and meadows, so maybe there'll be a great place that calls us. But at the same time, we have fallen in love with the nature and personality of mountains. I definitely want to live near mountains always, if possible. When we take our walks down Tuna Canyon, the fragrances of wild herbs, grasses, flowers, eucalyptus trees, and the earth are exhilarating.
A friend of mine who attends Lazaris workshops heard him once say, "LA is the future." If that's so, then maybe I'm in the right place for the great Shift of consciousness that's coming, and for the work I’m doing. For sure, it’s been totally amazing how many interesting, talented people we have met and beautiful connections made.
Ending 2008
As winter returned, we nestled into our big house and trimmed the holiday tree. Although we missed our dear Florida friends, we distracted ourselves by having a great party and meeting many new and fun people. Because of the adventure of being here, at least for now, we have renewed our lease. We will remain in the big white house on top of the Topanga mountain for another year.

Early 2009
This year began with a bang. We became so busy putting on Galexis events that we were unable to schedule fun time for ourselves or for me to do my writing. However, a theme for 2009 and beyond has emerged, and that is “Emergence.” Seems with all the chaos and craziness in the economy and the changes in the world, the old reality where success equaled money must now be changed and healed. The inner darkness can then be faced, healed and integrated, and a new vision installed. The more chaotic it is and the darker it seems to be, the more room there is for the creation of the new.
So with this message, I am wishing you a wonderful personal “emergence” from the chaos and change of 2009. And may this year celebrate your light and your path to a glorious future.
